Sisal Polishing Wheels

Sisal polishing wheels are heavy-duty industrial polishing consumables made of high-quality natural sisal fibers through pressing and stitching. Featuring tough fiber texture, strong cutting force and excellent wear resistance, sisal wheels are specialized for heavy grinding, oxidation removal, black skin elimination and rough trimming processes. Compared with cloth polishing wheels, they deliver greater grinding force and stronger decontamination capacity, making them ideal for heavy surface treatment of metal workpieces.

Our sisal polishing wheels adopt dense and uniform fiber arrangement with solid integral structure, effectively preventing loosening and fiber shedding for a longer service life. With excellent polishing compound retention, they work perfectly with polishing wax to quickly remove thick oxide layers, rust spots, welding marks, coarse burrs and deep or shallow scratches on metal surfaces.
