100×13×16 Yellow Nylon Fiber Polishing Wheel Buffing Disc With White Plastic Hub For Stainless Steel Wire Drawing

The Yellow wheel is positioned for fine, gentle surface refinement of softer metals such as aluminum and copper, plus decorative hardware.

This non-woven nylon abrasive wheel is positioned for fine finishing, final brushing/satin work and late-stage brightening within cleaning, brushing, deburring, defect refinement or brightening workflows.

Selection must be based on size, grade, density/hardness, abrasive, machine interface and maximum operating speed—not color alone.

• model: 100 × 13 × 16 Yellow Nylon Fiber Polishing Wheel Buffing Disc with White Plastic Hub
• size: 100 mm outside diameter × 13 mm thickness × 16 mm bore
• Tool/attachment: white reinforced plastic hub; positioned for standard angle grinders, subject to flange and guard compatibility
• Other sizes, bore/flange and maximum RPM: not published and require written factory confirmation
• Body: formed non-woven nylon fiber combined with abrasive grain.
• A white reinforced plastic hub supports the center, while the porous web promotes heat and swarf release.
• emphasizes uniform porosity and a reinforced hub; exact pressing/cure settings, grain distribution and hub material grade are unpublished.
• The three-dimensional non-woven web gives swarf space to escape, helping reduce loading and maintain a more consistent surface action.
• Forming pressure, resin cure, balance, tolerances and batch-inspection criteria require factory confirmation.
• Process position: fine finishing, final brushing/satin work and late-stage brightening.
• Main tasks: fine-scratch refinement, light brushing, surface leveling and final brightening.
• Gentle cutting helps reduce deep-mark risk on soft metals, while uniform porosity supports heat release and a refined pattern.
• Page wording such as no burning or scratching should be treated as risk reduction, not an unconditional guarantee; approve the result on a matching sample.
• The reinforced hub and conformable wheel follow edges, corners and curves on small hardware and contoured parts.
• The conformable non-woven structure is suitable for flats, curves and common contours.
• Use lighter pressure and test first on edges, thin sheet, hole edges and precision surfaces to avoid over-cutting or geometry change.
• Materials/workpieces listed by Weike: aluminum, copper, decorative hardware, aluminum-alloy doors/windows and kitchenware; the title also lists stainless-steel brushing.
• Test first on the same alloy, incoming scratch pattern and heat-treatment condition as production.
• Plated/coated parts, plastics, wood and high-value decorative surfaces are not confirmed on this product page and require separate evaluation.
• Sample-led discussions can cover size, bore/flange, grade, density/hardness, abrasive, color, packaging, labeling and OEM requirements.
• Sample charge, MOQ, pack quantity, lead time and customization feasibility are subject to the formal quotation.
• Buyers should provide workpiece photos, material, incoming condition, target finish, machine model, no-load speed and monthly usage.

Product Certification

The Yellow Nylon Fiber Polishing Wheel combines a 100 × 13 × 16 mm format with a reinforced white plastic hub for fine finishing where gentler contact is preferred. Weike positions it for final refinement and brightening of aluminum, copper, hardware trim, aluminum-alloy doors/windows and kitchenware, while the title also references stainless-steel brushing. It is a better candidate for blending light prior-process marks, evening a satin finish or preparing for high gloss than for heavy rust, weld marks or severe defects.

The commercial value of a non-woven nylon abrasive wheel is its combination of cutting action, conformability and repeatable surface finish. The open web promotes swarf evacuation, while flexible contact can reduce the risk of deep gouging on contours compared with rigid wheels. Scratch pattern, heat and substrate removal still depend on mineral, grade, density, pressure, surface speed and dwell time.

Keep published facts separate from parameters awaiting confirmation. Weike says it can eliminate later cloth-wheel fine polishing, but any process reduction depends on target gloss, material and trials; phrase this as potential to reduce later steps. Do not promise fixed life, an absolutely scratch-free result, elimination of later polishing or suitability for every metal before written factory confirmation and sample approval.

Features & Advantages

• Non-woven nylon combines conformable contact with sustained abrasive action for controlled surface change.

• The open three-dimensional structure promotes swarf evacuation, reduces loading and supports a more uniform pattern.

• Its fine, gentle action suits soft metals and decorative work, while the 100 mm hubbed format supports detailed angle-grinder finishing.

• One wheel can reduce tool changes across flats, curves and common contours.

• Color helps shop-floor identification within this range but does not replace a technical grade or process card.

• Sample trials can compare cut rate, pattern, gloss, temperature, life and downstream processing.

Applications

• brushing aluminum-alloy doors/windows and profiles, fine finishing copper/aluminum parts, stainless-brushing trials, and final refinement of kitchenware and decorative hardware

• Surface cleaning, defect refinement, brushing/satin finishing or pre-polishing on stainless steel, aluminum, copper, steel and general metals, selected by product position and trial

• Hardware, kitchen/bathroom, door/window, small automotive, decorative, mold and metalworking projects

• Controlled finishing of flats, curves, edges and irregular contours

• Industrial distribution, sample development, OEM specifications and volume procurement

• Not recommended on fragile edges, precision dimensions, soft coatings or high-value finished surfaces without a trial

How to Use

1. Confirm the substrate, incoming defect and target finish. Test on scrap or a hidden area first.

2. Inspect the wheel for moisture, cracks, deformation, chunk loss or center damage. Confirm size and attachment compatibility.

3. Obtain the maximum operating speed from the label or technical sheet. The machine no-load speed must not exceed the wheel rating. Do not use the wheel while the rating is unknown.

4. Fit the specified flanges/spacers and guard. Isolate energy before mounting and tightening. If the wheel carries a direction arrow, install it accordingly.

5. Secure the workpiece and wear appropriate eye/face, hand, hearing and respiratory protection. Control dust, sparks and combustibles.

6. Run the wheel briefly without load while standing clear of the plane of rotation. Start with light pressure, a small contact area and short dwell, keeping the workpiece or wheel moving.

7. Check cut rate, pattern, temperature, gloss and substrate change in stages. Do not use heavy pressure to compensate for the wrong grade.

8. Stop immediately for abnormal vibration, damage, odor, overheating or a sharp performance drop. Wait for a complete stop and isolate energy before inspection or replacement.
