This Black Diamond Wire-Drawing Wheel is made of high-hardness diamond-reinforced composite fiber material, delivering twice the cutting force of ordinary wire-drawing wheels. It quickly removes thick metal oxide layers, deep weld marks, and coarse, deep scratches.
Its three-dimensional, porous structure provides excellent chip evacuation and heat dissipation, preventing the wheel from clogging or the workpiece from burning during prolonged continuous machining, and significantly reducing downtime spent on cleaning and replacing consumables.
It is compatible with the internal snap-fit mechanism of dedicated wire-drawing machines, ensuring no slippage or eccentricity during high-speed rotation, and producing uniform, continuous wire-drawn patterns on the surfaces of tubes and sheet metal.
