10-Inch Natural Sisal Airway Buff for Deburring and Uniform Satin Finishing
10-Inch Natural Sisal Airway Buff for Deburring and Uniform Satin Finishing is positioned for intermediate deburring, scratch blending and satin finishing.
It uses unmodified virgin natural sisal fiber in multi-layer sisal cloth formed into airway pleats to improve chip evacuation and heat dissipation.
It is intended for kitchenware makers, tube manufacturers, architectural-hardware plants and general metal-finishing shops, working mainly on stainless kitchenware, metal tubing and door/window hardware.
Selection value: A value-oriented intermediate deburring and satin-finishing wheel built around natural fiber, medium firmness and a universal round bore.
• Size / model: 10 in / approximately 254 mm; confirm face width, bore and flange dimensions for the customer’s machine.
• Material & construction: unmodified virgin natural sisal fiber; multi-layer sisal cloth formed into airway pleats to improve chip evacuation and heat dissipation.
• Manufacturing: sisal layers are arranged evenly around the center to maintain continuous cutting contact and reduce heat buildup in extended work.
• Performance / process stage: intermediate deburring, scratch blending and satin finishing. Recommended pairing: select a coarse- or medium-cut compound for the metal, defect level and target texture; verify the combination on a sample part.
• Surface fit: flat faces, outer diameters and standard curves on kitchenware, tubing and door/window hardware. Operating tip: use even medium-to-light pressure and overlapping passes, removing light burrs before aligning the final scratch direction.
• Suitable materials: stainless kitchenware, metal tubing and door/window hardware.
• Supply options: Samples and wholesale orders are available. Diameter, face width, ply/pleat construction, center plate and bore can be discussed for customization. Neutral packaging, custom logos, MOQ and OEM/ODM service are subject to the formal quotation.

• Transition work between rough preparation and cotton buffing
How to Use
1. Inspect the wheel, center plate and cloth layers. Confirm the 10 in / approximately 254 mm diameter, actual face width, bore and rated speed against the machine.
2. Mount with the correct flanges and guarding. During the no-load test, stand clear of the plane of rotation and stop immediately for wobble, abnormal vibration or damage.
3. Dedicate wheels to different metals and compounds where possible. select a coarse- or medium-cut compound for the metal, defect level and target texture; verify the combination on a sample part.
4. Operating technique: use even medium-to-light pressure and overlapping passes, removing light burrs before aligning the final scratch direction.
5. Maintain overlapping passes and control heat. Do not substitute excessive pressure for correct preparation or the correct compound.
6. Wear suitable eye/face protection, gloves and work clothing, and provide effective local dust extraction. Clean or dress the face after shutdown; do not reuse a damp, loose or damaged wheel.
