Our non-woven abrasive tools are a new type of eco-friendly polishing and grinding consumables manufactured with high-density non-woven fiber base materials and precision abrasive processes. Different from traditional rigid polishing materials, these tools feature excellent flexibility, uniform grinding performance and zero damage to workpieces. They are ideal for precision grinding, derusting, brushing and polishing on flat surfaces, irregular shapes and curved workpieces, serving as high-precision essential tools for industrial surface finishing.
With uniform fiber structure and stable abrasion resistance, our non-woven abrasives deliver mild and controllable grinding force. They leave no heavy scratches or burn marks and will not damage workpiece substrates. These tools effectively remove surface oxide layers, rust, burrs, tool marks and stains, while refining surface texture to achieve uniform matte, brushed or high-gloss finishing. Compared with conventional sandpapers and grinding wheels, non-woven abrasives feature better toughness, lower breakage rate, less dust and longer service life, greatly improving product yield and reducing overall production costs.
