What is the standard delivery time? How long does it take for sea freight and air freight, respectively?
In-stock items ship within 3–5 days; custom orders take 7–15 days. Shipping by sea to Southeast Asia takes 7–15 days, and to Europe and the Americas takes 25–40 days. Air shipping takes 3–7 days.
Do you offer drop shipping, private labeling, or OEM manufacturing?
We offer neutral, unbranded packaging and custom printing with your logo. We can also ship directly to your overseas customers without displaying our factory information.
How should damage to goods during transport be handled? Is the packaging designed to withstand pressure and moisture?
Products are packed in separate plastic bags and shipped in reinforced, heavy-duty export-grade cardboard boxes with reinforced corners. We record a video of the complete packing process before shipment, purchase cargo insurance, and offer free replacements or refunds for any damage incurred during transit.
